Mar 2, 2011 | Astral Mining kündigt Privatplatzierung in Höhe von 300.300 CAD an


Vancouver, British Columbia, Kanada. 02. März 2011. Astral Mining Corporation (WKN: A0RGR4 ; TSX-V: AA, AA.WT) („Astral“ oder „das Unternehmen“) gibt bekannt, dass das Unternehmen eine nicht Privatplatzierung von 1,43 Mio. Units zu einem Preis von 0,21 CAD pro Unit arrangiert hat. Damit soll ein Erlös von insgesamt 300.300 CAD erzielt werden. Jede Unit wird sich aus einer Stammaktie und einem übertragbaren Optionsschein zusammensetzen. Jeder Optionsschein wird den Besitzer zum Erwerb einer Stammaktie des Unternehmens für 0,30 CAD pro Aktie über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren ab Abschlussdatum berechtigen. Das Unternehmen könnte in Verbindung mit der Privatplatzierung eine Maklergebühr in bar oder in Form von Wertpapieren zahlen.

Das Unternehmen beabsichtigt, den Erlös dieser Privatplatzierung zur Finanzierung der Explorationsaktivitäten auf seinen Liegenschaften und als allgemeines Betriebskapital zu verwenden. Die Privatplatzierung unterliegt der Genehmigung der TSX Venture Exchange.
