Fri, Dec 2, 2011 | Astral Amends Honeymoon Option Agreement


Vancouver, British Columbia – December 2, 2011 - Astral Mining Corporation (AA.TSXV) (“Astral” or the “Company”) has entered into an amending agreement with David James Piggin dated November 12, 2011 (“the Amending Agreement”) that amends the option agreement dated November 12, 2010 (the “Option Agreement”) between the Company and Mr. Piggin regarding the Honeymoon Property announced by news release on November 18, 2010. The parties have agreed that in lieu of the cash payment of $20,000 which was due to Mr. Piggin on November 12, 2011 under the Option Agreement, the Company will issue to Mr. Piggin 96,154 additional common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.208 per share.
